Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as \[Position Name] are:** * Serve as the primary agent for implementing the pedagogical proposal of our Educational Institutions, facilitating the learning process and fulfilling the entire course syllabus—including the scheduled number of classes—and continuously sparking students’ interest in study, reflection, and the pursuit of new knowledge; * Appropriately use available teaching materials and encourage students to consult discipline-specific bibliographic resources—including books and periodicals available in the library—to foster critical and reflective learning; * Meet deadlines established in the academic calendar, as well as requests from your respective course coordinator; * Record attendance, lesson content, academic activity results, and other information related to curricular components in the electronic gradebook within the timeframe defined by the academic calendar; * Contribute to ENADE preparatory activities; * Guide students in their course completion projects; * Deliver classes using active learning methodologies and the flipped classroom model; **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Academic qualification: **MASTER’S OR DOCTORAL DEGREE;** * Mandatory undergraduate degree: **BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN THE REQUESTED DISCIPLINE;** * Preferred experience as an instructor or in management roles within the industry; * Preferred knowledge of or interest in active learning methodologies and the flipped classroom model; * Ability to clearly and effectively communicate subject matter; * Up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge relevant to the subject; * An updated Lattes curriculum is mandatory; this is one of the elimination criteria. **Additional Information** **At Estácio, you’ll find:** * **Tuition scholarships** of up to 100% for employees, legal dependents, and affiliates (parents, siblings).
