Here, your work makes a difference in the daily operations of state schools, guaranteeing suitable environments for learning. **Job Purpose** Support the operation and maintenance of the school’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support and managing service tickets to ensure continuity of services and proper functioning of systems and equipment. **Key Responsibilities** * Responsible for the unit’s IT infrastructure and electronic equipment; * Ensure the operation of networks, systems, computers, and devices; * Monitor, record, and resolve IT service tickets; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems; * Support users in resolving technical issues; * Manage the inventory of IT assets (hardware and electronics); * Ensure compliance with standards and guidelines defined by headquarters. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Networks, Computer Science, or related fields; * Prior experience in technical support (help desk systems) and IT infrastructure management; * Knowledge of networks, hardware, operating systems (Windows and Android), and electronics; * Experience monitoring and resolving technical service tickets; * Basic understanding of information security and IT best practices.
