Overcome objections and increase funnel progression rate **About the Role** **We are seeking a Hunter-profile BDR to join Growth Edge’s growth engine.** **You will be responsible for opening new enterprise opportunities through active prospecting, initiating strategic relationships with decision-makers, and laying the groundwork for high-value deals.** **Here, you don’t just sell technology—you sell commercial efficiency and predictable growth.** **Key Responsibilities** * **Generate qualified pipeline in strategic accounts (Enterprise), ensuring volume and quality of opportunities for the Sales team.** * **Engage senior decision-makers and multiple stakeholders in complex enterprises, generating genuine interest in Growth Edge’s value proposition.** * **Convert active prospecting into high-potential strategic meetings, increasing conversion rate from first contact to SQL.** * **Develop consultative relationships in long sales cycles, connecting SDI AI to critical organizational challenges and strategic priorities.** * **Overcome objections and increase funnel progression rate, reducing losses due to misalignment or lack of value clarity.** * **Represent Growth Edge as a reference in SDI AI within the enterprise market, strengthening positioning and authority.** * **Collaborate with Closers to accelerate negotiations in accounts with multiple influencers and increase win rates.** * **Achieve or exceed monthly pipeline generation targets, ensuring revenue predictability and future growth.** **What Growth Machine Expects from a Strong BDR** * **Proven experience as a BDR focused on outbound B2B.** * **Proficiency in conducting consultative and well-qualified prospecting.** * **Knowledge of qualification methodologies (BANT, GPCT, SPIN, MEDDIC).** * **Experience with CRM, Sales Engagement platforms, and pipeline management.** * **Ability to work with goals and quality metrics.** * **Basic knowledge of AI.** **Nice-to-Haves** * **History as an athlete or long-term sports practice** * **Entrepreneurial experience** * **International experience or exchange programs** * **Fluency in English and/or Spanish** **Compensation** * **Base salary + performance-based variable compensation** **Benefits Club** * **Food allowance of R$ 800.00** * **Transportation allowance** * **Wellhub (Free Silver Plan)** * **Health support (Conexa)** * **Employee engagement and recognition program with monthly rewards** * **Annual bonus equivalent to one month’s salary** * **Paid 30-day vacation (after 1 year of employment)
