The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing educational activities and projects that promote social inclusion, personal development, and autonomy of the beneficiaries. In addition, they will assist in designing and executing pedagogical plans, evaluating outcomes, and monitoring users’ development. If you identify with these values and aspire to make a difference in the lives of children and adolescents, this may be the ideal opportunity for you! **Responsibilities** * Plan, conduct, and monitor all activities with users; * Submit monthly plans and reports; * Participate in training, planning, systematization, and evaluation activities together with the technical team; * Commit to project implementation and outcomes; * Carry out planning, evaluation, and proper documentation of activities; * Adapt plans to meet project and partnership requirements; * Mediate conflicts involving children; * Ensure order in classrooms, equipment, and materials used in socioeducational activities; * Monitor user attendance during internal and external activities; * Inform management of any changes in users’ behavior, physical or emotional well-being, or development; **Work Environment** ASA Children and Adolescents Centers (CCAs) are spaces designed to provide care during students’ non-school hours. Participants engage in workshops on digital culture, sports, theater, music, healthy eating, and more. These socioeducational activities foster educational development, access to culture and sports, and digital inclusion for children and adolescents.
