We are committed to building an increasingly diverse culture and value the inclusion of all individuals—regardless of color, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability—fostering an inclusive environment with equitable opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise team activities, ensuring proper organization of routine tasks and adherence to processes for **Contract Management and/or Quality Management of Construction Projects**. * Ensure full alignment of deliverables with the scope and headcount (HC) defined by the **Implementation Coordination/Management**. * Ensure **compliance with safety regulations, internal policies, and corporate standards**, working closely with Construction Implementation Management. * Supervise and guide teams responsible for **construction inspection and/or quality assurance (field and laboratory)**, ensuring adherence to as-built drawings and technical specifications. * Monitor on-site construction execution, guaranteeing quality, standardization, and compliance of services. * Collaborate integrally with internal departments and stakeholders to promote efficiency and smooth implementation processes. * Identify and implement **continuous improvements**, raising the maturity level of construction management processes. * Manage equipment, resource, and supplier maintenance plans, ensuring: * Validity of certifications * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Operational safety of activities * Actively support Implementation Management in meeting deadlines, quality, and safety requirements for operations. * Conduct **team performance evaluations**, promoting continuous development, structured feedback, and technical/behavioral growth. * Address **problems and conflicts** arising during construction execution autonomously and in alignment with leadership. * Stay updated on **industry trends, technologies, and best practices** in engineering and construction. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in **construction project implementation management**, especially in operationally complex environments. * Experience with **Contract Management, Quality Management, and construction inspection**. * Prior experience in **leading technical teams (engineering, inspection, quality, or laboratory)**. * Sound knowledge of **technical standards, engineering specifications, and quality standards**. * Experience managing **suppliers and third-party companies**. * Experience with **performance indicators, continuous improvement, and process management**. * Experience in environments requiring strict control over **occupational safety and compliance**. * Engineering degree (preferably Civil Engineering or related fields), with active registration at CREA. * Familiarity with construction management, planning, and control tools is desirable. * Driver's license (CNH) **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you will become part of a company operating across **13 Brazilian states**, moving thousands of people daily through comprehensive, impactful mobility solutions.
