Job Summary: We are seeking a construction helper for general tasks, material handling, and site cleaning, ensuring safety on the construction site. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with construction professionals Responsibilities: * Assist with general construction tasks as directed by the site supervisor or foreman; * Support preparation of materials, tools, and equipment; * Transport materials within the construction site; * Perform cleaning and organization tasks on the site; * Assist with manual excavation, concrete pouring, assembly and disassembly of structures; * Support specialized professionals (e.g., masons, carpenters, rebar workers); * Ensure workplace safety by following company guidelines and regulations. Requirements: * Completed elementary education (preferred); * Prior experience on construction sites is a plus; * Physical stamina and willingness to learn; * Commitment and responsibility. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in structural steel, roofing, or general civil construction projects; * Basic knowledge of construction tools.
