Assistance in various construction activities **JOB OBJECTIVE** Assist in the execution of construction site activities, ensuring operational support, organization, and efficiency in service progress. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** · Preparation of construction sites · Organization of materials · Preparation of mortar and concrete · Transportation of materials and tools · Excavation of trenches · Soil compaction · Assistance in scaffolding assembly · Assistance in demolition activities · Cutting and preparation of materials · Assistance in application of finishes · Cleaning of machinery, tools, and work areas · Organization of storage areas · Assistance in separation and disposal of waste · Maintenance of site cleanliness **REQUIREMENTS** · Elementary education (minimum preferred) · Experience in this role (preferred) · Physical fitness · Responsibility **BEHAVIORAL PROFILE** · Proactivity · Agility · Commitment · Ability to follow instructions **TRAVEL AVAILABILITY** · Immediate travel availability required, as per project demands · Work locations: São Paulo (capital, coast, and interior) and Rio de Janeiro · Travel frequency depends on ongoing project needs · Company covers transportation and accommodation when necessary **Location:** São Paulo (based in the East Zone) \+ on-site work **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** · Salary: R$ 2200.00 · Transportation allowance · Meal allowance: R$ 25/day · Food basket · Health and dental insurance (after 90 days) · Travel expense coverage (transportation, accommodation when necessary) Job Type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$2\.200,00 per month Selection Question(s): * For this position, immediate travel availability is required, as per project demands; work may occur in São Paulo (capital, coast, and interior) and Rio de Janeiro.
