Focus on memorable experiences for participants * Will be responsible for leading and managing the organization of events included in the APAS calendar. Engage in planning, production, organization, execution, and operationalization of events, aligned with the association’s strategic objectives and other business initiatives. Ensure events are delivered efficiently, successfully, and in adherence to APAS standards, managing human, financial, and logistical resources, with the ultimate goal of delivering memorable and successful experiences for all stakeholders. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage events through planning, production, organization, execution, and operations, in accordance with established budgets, controlling costs, approving expenses, monitoring financial results, and ensuring adherence to defined deadlines. * Identify, negotiate, and contract suppliers and strategic partners for essential services, including venues, infrastructure, catering, audio-visual equipment, transportation, and security. * Manage all operational activities related to the event—including layout, allocation of human and financial resources—ensuring all elements are coordinated per established specifications. * Supervise outsourced teams and specialized suppliers, ensuring compliance with contracted service levels, collaborative performance, and adherence to schedules and deadlines. * Identify potential risks during event setup, execution, and teardown phases, implementing agile mitigation and resolution strategies to prevent disruptions. * Ensure all aspects of the event—from conception through execution—meet established quality standards, delivering an exceptional experience for participants. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * **Experience:** Proven experience organizing and managing medium- and large-scale events. * Experience negotiating with suppliers, partners, and local authorities. **Additional Information** * Health insurance for the employee and dependents. * Profit-sharing program tied to individual goals. * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance or parking * Gympass * Quick Massage * Daycare assistance for children up to 4 years and 11 months old * Birthday day off * Dental insurance, with employee cost contribution * Life insurance APAS (São Paulo State Supermarkets Association) is an entity representing the supermarket sector in the State of São Paulo, valuing and sectorally representing its members for over 50 years.
