Join our team at Panasonic! **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Implement, structure, and lead initiatives related to HR systems management, innovation, and continuous process improvement. * Serve as the focal point between the HR department and the distributor/global HR function, ensuring alignment, scheduling, and effective communication. * Lead and support the implementation of new HR system modules and tools. * Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance operational efficiency. * Implement AI-powered tools aligned with business needs. * Ensure system integration with existing HR routines, guaranteeing data quality and compliance with corporate guidelines. * Promote innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous evolution of HR practices. * **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency; * Experience in projects and implementation of new modules; * Ability to act as the HR department’s focal point, ensuring alignment and execution of projects. **Additional Information:** * Location: São Paulo or São José dos Campos * Work Mode: Hybrid Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Dental care plan * Health insurance * Product discounts
