If you are a results-driven person who enjoys making a difference, we would love to have you join us in driving business growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Position Summary** --------------------- We are seeking a Software Development Analyst III with strong expertise in AWS and DevOps practices, responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and cloud-native applications—ensuring scalability, security, and high availability. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** ----------------------------- * Develop and maintain software, systems, and firmware for products; * Apply appropriate technologies while always seeking optimal cost-benefit ratios; * Develop software according to specifications; perform testing on legacy applications to evaluate functionality and ensure compliance with Gertec’s quality standards; * Collaborate on product specifications to meet customer needs; * Analyze functional and non-functional requirements, as well as project constraints; * Provide internal and external customer support to understand and fulfill their needs; **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Design and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS (Infrastructure as Code); * Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines; * Automate build, deployment, and monitoring processes; * Drive continuous improvement of DevOps and SRE practices; * Implement observability strategies (logs, metrics, tracing); * Collaborate with development teams to optimize applications; * Enforce cloud security best practices (IAM, policies, compliance); * Respond to incidents and conduct root cause analysis; * Support technical decision-making and promote best practices across the team; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Technical Requirements** ------------------------------------ * Solid hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch); * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar); * Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar); * Knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes); * Experience with code versioning (Git); * Familiarity with Linux systems; * Networking knowledge (VPC, subnets, security, DNS); **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer); * Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK); * Knowledge of SRE practices; * Experience with security tools (DevSecOps); * Experience operating at large scale; * Knowledge of cost management and optimization (FinOps); **Additional Information** **Our Benefits** --------------------- Opportunity to work at a company experiencing continuous growth; Celebratory activities on special occasions; On-site cafeteria (breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack); Meal allowance; Life insurance; Shuttle service / Transportation allowance; PET care plan; Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Mental health program; Childcare assistance; Maternity kit; Pharmacy benefits; Profit-sharing and Results Program; Partnerships with universities and language schools; Relaxation area; Workplace gymnastics; PDE&I — Educational and Language Development Program; Flexible dress code; Wellhub Program (Gympass); *Gertec does not discriminate based on race, religion, color, gender, age, non-disabling disability for the role, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other factor prohibited by local legislation.
