We seek a Mid-Level Planning and Controller Analyst with strong analytical vision, ownership mindset, and ambition for growth, who wishes to develop within the **Santorini Group**. This professional will play a strategic role in consolidating financial information, supporting decision-making, and structuring the controller's office within a lean and growing environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and coordinate monthly accounting and management closings, ensuring deadlines, quality, and reliability of information in collaboration with external accounting; * Prepare, update, and analyze financial projections, budget, and forecast, supporting leadership in strategic decisions; * Develop, monitor, and enhance financial and operational KPIs, translating numbers into clear and actionable insights; * Conduct performance analyses (actual vs. budget, variances, margins, profitability by business line); * Identify and propose opportunities for cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and result maximization; * Support the structuring of financial and controller processes, routines, and controls; * Serve as the technical reference for the finance area, acting as the management’s right hand and the focal point for economic and financial information; * Support the group’s financial governance, ensuring adherence to best controller practices; * Actively contribute to building and developing a lean finance team with medium- and long-term vision. **Expected Profile:** * Hands-on professional with high analytical capability and systemic business vision; * Proactive, organized profile with strong communication skills and ability to operate across operational and strategic levels; * Capacity to act as an indirect manager of the area, organizing demands, prioritizing tasks, and structuring processes; * Genuine interest in professional growth. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in financial planning, controller functions, or corporate finance; * Solid knowledge of monthly closing, financial statement analysis, and key indicators; * Advanced Excel (financial modeling, analyses, and automations); * Experience with financial ERPs and BI tools is desirable; * Experience in lean environments or growing companies is a plus.
