Assistential nurse for a high-standard elderly residential facility in the Granja Viana area \- Cotia. Must hold a bachelor's degree in Nursing, be registered with Coren, have solid experience in the field, and possess specialization in Geriatrics, to provide and guide nursing care aimed at prevention, maintenance, and promotion of elderly health. Responsibilities: 1\. Perform and coordinate nursing activities provided to residents, aiming to maintain and/or improve their health and achieve physical well-being. 2\. Prepare and administer medications via oral, intramuscular, subcutaneous, and inhalation routes; collect urine using relief catheters, all according to medical prescriptions. 3\. Disinfect nursing equipment using industrialized chemical products. 4\. Manage nasoenteric or nasogastric tubes and administer enteral feeding via closed systems. 5\. Provide information and advisory support to professionals attending elderly residents, reporting conditions and medical history based on available records. 6\. Conduct daily review of the nursing logbook, verify complications, and carry out necessary procedures. 7\. Organize and update multidisciplinary resident medical records. 8\. Deliver ongoing education to the team, supporting training programs. 9\. Attend to residents' family members. 10\. Supervise teams of elderly caregivers and nursing staff. 11\. Develop nursing care systematization and conduct nursing consultations. 12\. Perform all other duties directly related to or associated with this position, or as may arise during service delivery.
