So, show us what you are made of, because who you are is what we need. *So, show us what you are made of, because who you are is what we need.* Responsibilities / Responsibilities: * Update layout studies established by Industrial Engineering to meet immediate needs and future expansions. * Participate in device development and/or equipment modifications to enhance safety, quality, and productivity. * Update drawings according to projects/machines originating from technical centers or new projects. * Organize production area layouts by collecting data, gathering on-site information, and developing specific plans—continuously improving machine and equipment utilization. * Develop mechanical, electrical, steam, and air system schematics by analyzing equipment characteristics and workplace conditions, consulting prior specifications and schematics, and fulfilling management requests. * Evaluate replacement parts and conduct studies on equipment modifications to improve production output, speed, and equipment durability. * Monitor execution of developed projects or new products, resolving questions or difficulties arising during development and ensuring satisfactory final testing. Qualifications / Qualifications: * **Education:** Completed Technical or Bachelor’s degree. * **Other Courses/Specific Knowledge/Skills:** Intermediate English / Drafting Certification, Microsoft Office Suite, Inventor, CATIA, and SolidWorks
