Nações Unidas \- São Paulo.** **Responsibilities and Duties** This opportunity represents a **strategic role**, where the main challenge will be to directly contribute to the **development of innovative and sustainable solutions**, aligned with MWM’s and Tupy’s objectives. **We are seeking someone ready to take an active leadership role**, collaborating across departments and tackling technical and operational challenges with a **forward-looking vision.** * Sub-assemble and/or assemble parts and/or assemblies onto engines at **various stations along the engine assembly line**, performing adjustments, calibrations, and measurements whenever necessary. * Use various types of **manual tools**, assembly fixtures, **specialized equipment, inspection devices, and calibrators**, such as dial indicators, gap gauges, rulers, etc.; always verifying that assembly complies with specifications. * Operate multi-spindle and/or single-spindle tightening tools, **material handling and transport equipment, hoists, presses.** * **Follow instructions from work plans**, control plans, and Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) plans. * **Follow instructions regarding documentation for traceability and quality**, such as: variable control charts, checklists, equipment calibration records. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Must have completed a course in **Otto/Diesel Engine Technology.** * Availability to work on Saturdays, as required by the company. * Fixed-term position for 90 days. * **Availability to work from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM** **Additional Information** **We offer benefits designed to support your well-being and future:** **Health and Well-being** Medical and Dental Assistance Eyeglasses / Contact Lens Reimbursement PAE – Employee Assistance Program: Free legal, financial, psychological, and social counseling.
