




Job Summary: As a Senior People Analytics Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to support strategic decisions and improve processes—turning complex information into practical insights. Improve processes and measure organizational performance The Senior People Analytics Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret Human Resources data to support strategic decision-making within the People function. This role is critical in transforming complex information into practical insights that help improve processes, measure organizational performance, and guide people management actions. If you enjoy working with data, possess an analytical mindset, and want to contribute directly to HR’s success, this role is for you! ### **Responsibilities** * Design reports and develop executive dashboards for monitoring HR metrics; * Automate data analysis processes and recurring report generation; * Integrate and process diverse data sources, ensuring data quality and consistency; * Analyze trends related to workforce, engagement, performance, and compensation; * Support strategic initiatives across Compensation, HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, and Organizational Culture; * Conduct headcount, turnover, cost, and budget forecasting analyses; * Translate complex data into clear, accessible narratives for audiences across different hierarchical levels. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields; * Prior experience in People Analytics, Analytics, or data-related functions; * Advanced Excel or Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables, dashboards); * Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar; * Knowledge of data manipulation languages (SQL, Python, R, or similar) is a plus; * Familiarity with HR metrics: headcount, turnover, costs, performance, engagement, organizational structure, and compensation (preferred); * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, critical thinking, and focus on continuous improvement; * Ability to communicate clearly, transforming data into insights and strategic narratives. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
