Join our team and become part of a group that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform **ICMS calculation**, including ICMS\-ST, DIFAL, anticipations, and other state\-specific particularities. * Carry out **tax accounting** and document verification (NF\-e, CT\-e, NFS\-e). * Analyze CFOP, CST, interstate taxation, and tax substitution rules. * Perform **ISS calculation and accounting**, including withholdings and verification of services received and rendered. * Execute activities related to **PIS/COFINS**, withheld taxes (PIS/COFINS/CSLL/IRRF/INSS), and tax integrations with billing and procurement. * Prepare and submit **accessory obligations**, such as SPED Fiscal (EFD ICMS/IPI), GIA, and municipal declarations. * Monitor changes in tax legislation and propose necessary adjustments. * Support internal and external audits. * Interact with internal departments (Accounting, Procurement, Billing) to align processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Accounting Sciences, Administration, Economics**, or related fields. * Practical experience with: * ICMS calculation and accounting * ISS calculation and accounting * Analysis of invoices and taxation * Accessory obligations (EFD ICMS/IPI, GIA, and others) * Knowledge of **PIS/COFINS** and withheld taxes (PIS/COFINS/CSLL/IRRF/INSS). * Excel proficiency at **basic to intermediate level** (tables, filters, simple formulas). * Interpretation of tax legislation and practical application in operations. **Differentiators** ---------------- * Experience with ERPs such as **TOTVS Protheus, SAP, Linx, NBS**, or similar. * Experience in **dealerships**. * Knowledge of **special tax regimes and tax incentives**. * Excel proficiency at **intermediate/advanced level** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced filters). **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS, AND THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR TEAM MEMBERS IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We also offer the traditional benefits you already know.
