We are seeking a Commercial Representative or Distributor to expand the portfolio of Tesi Brasil/Gruppo GPI Responsibilities: · Active prospecting and management of B2B sales pipeline (Hospitals, Clinics, Health Insurance Providers, or Health Secretariats). · Conducting consultative presentations and demonstrations of the platform/solution. · Management of aggressive targets: Continuous focus on conversion and portfolio expansion. · Complex negotiations with C\-Level executives and healthcare sector decision-makers. Requirements: · **Proven prior experience in the healthcare sector** (Healthtech, Pharmaceutical Industry, or Medical Equipment). · Knowledge of the diagnostics market (Pathology, Imaging, and/or Non-Radiological Imaging). · In-depth understanding of the healthcare market dynamics within the operating region. · Availability for frequent travel. Competencies: · Negotiation and medium-to-long cycle contract closing skills. · Results-oriented mindset. · Autonomy: Ability to strategically manage one’s own schedule and territory. · Communication: Clarity in translating complex technology into customer value.
