Job Summary: The Developer Promoter will operate both in the field and at the office, conducting tastings, approaching customers to convert sales, activating the brand, and assisting in strategy definition. Strategic contribution and product development RHF Talentos is seeking a Developer Promoter to join our team. We offer a monthly salary of R$ 2.056,00, along with an attractive benefits package. This is a temporary position lasting 3 months; however, there are strong possibilities for permanent hiring. The employment contract will be governed by CLT regulations, and you will dedicate 80% of your time in the field—conducting tastings at stores and approaching customers within our target demographic. Your primary objective will be to convert sales and properly activate the brand. The remaining 20% of your time will be spent onsite at the office, where you will assist in defining strategies. Additionally, key responsibilities include product training with tasting suppliers, monitoring and organizing events at our key clients, reporting and auditing activities at strategic points of sale (PDVs), providing consumer insights observed at PDVs, mapping competitors’ actions and initiatives, conducting various surveys, and ensuring store replenishment on activity days. To be considered for this position, candidates must have prior experience as a sales promoter or in sampling and tasting activities. Familiarity with the dynamics of the food retail sector—especially supermarkets or distribution centers—is essential. Knowledge in the food or beverage industry will be considered a plus.
