We seek a **Mid-Level Plumber** with solid experience in building hydraulic maintenance, capable of operating autonomously in more complex systems. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections of pumps, reservoirs, and piping networks, fault diagnosis, and implementation of efficient technical solutions, ensuring operational continuity and facility safety. We seek a technical, precise, and responsible professional who is a quality and problem-resolution reference. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Building Construction, Sanitation, Hydraulic Installations, or related fields. * Experience as a plumber in medium/large-scale building installations or facilities. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of complex hydraulic systems * Advanced diagnostics of faults in water supply, sewage, and drainage networks * Maintenance of centrifugal pumps, pressure boosters, and pressurization systems * Reading and interpretation of hydraulic and isometric drawings * **Solid knowledge of Brazilian technical standards (NBR 5626 \- Cold Water Building Installation, NBR 8160 \- Sanitary Sewage).** * Advanced proficiency in using hand tools, electric tools, and specialized equipment (pipe threaders, pipe threading machines, leak detectors). **Advantages** * Completed Technical Course in Building Construction, Sanitation, Hydraulic Installations, or related fields. * Experience in hospitality environments, clubs, resorts, hotels, or high-end developments. * Knowledge of building automation systems (level controllers, pressure switches, sensors). * Experience in fire protection system maintenance (hydrants, sprinklers, jockey pumps). * Knowledge of heating systems (boilers, gas water heaters, heat exchangers). * Skill in detecting hidden leaks using specialized equipment (geophones, correlators). * Experience in pool maintenance (filtration systems, water treatment, pumps). * Certifications in NR\-33 (Confined Space Work) or NR\-35 (Work at Heights). * Experience in supplier contract management and technical specification of hydraulic materials. **Work Model** On-site, rotating **5x2 daytime shift** or **night shift**, at the club’s headquarters located in the Santo Amaro region, adjacent to the Transamérica Bridge. **What We Offer** * Salary: To be negotiated * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Meal Allowance * On-site Meals * Transportation Allowance (optional enrollment) * Professional development and career progression opportunities **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform complex preventive and corrective maintenance on cold water, hot water, and fire suppression hydraulic systems. * Conduct detailed technical inspections of pumping systems, reservoirs, cisterns, and water tanks during night shifts. * Diagnose and resolve advanced faults in hydraulic installations, identifying root causes of leaks, pressure loss, and recurring issues. * Maintain centrifugal pumps, pressure boosters, booster pumps, check valves, and hydraulic control devices. * Install, replace, and repair cold/hot water, sewage, rainwater, and drainage piping systems. * Conduct pressure, tightness, and flow tests on hydraulic systems after interventions. * Maintain water heating systems (boilers, heat exchangers, water heaters). * Inspect and maintain fire suppression systems (hydrants, sprinklers, fire pumps, dedicated reservoirs). * Identify and repair hidden leaks in walls, floors, ceilings, and hard-to-access areas. * Perform complex unclogging operations on sewage networks, grease traps, floor drains, and drainage systems. * Maintain valves, faucets, sanitary fittings, and various hydraulic devices. * Operate and monitor hydraulic automation systems (level controllers, pressure switches, flow sensors). * Prepare detailed technical reports on services performed, faults identified, and improvement recommendations. * Respond promptly to hydraulic emergencies, diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions. * Provide technical guidance and support to junior plumbers and maintenance assistants during the shift. * Ensure strict compliance with Brazilian technical standards (NBR 5626, NBR 8160\) and safety procedures. * Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and specialized tools. * Monitor hydraulic material consumption, request replenishments, and avoid waste. * Participate in technical training, safety briefings, and shift handover meetings Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$1\.621,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
