We are expanding our operations with the *inauguration* of ***Bar Filial***, located in **Vila Madalena \- SP**, which will be a new gastronomic space focused on quality, service, and customer experience. We seek professionals eager to join a new project from the outset, in a dynamic environment offering growth opportunities. For this position, we seek professionals who—alongside our Chef—will be responsible for food delivery at our new venue, supporting menu development, pre\-preparation, preparation, and restocking of all food items. Main Responsibilities: * Support the Chef in menu creation and execution; * Perform food pre\-preparation, preparation, restocking, and finishing; * Ensure food delivery complies with the company's quality standards; * Strictly adhere to internal food safety, cleaning, and hygiene regulations; Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, including surfaces, equipment, tableware, and utensils. * Requirements: Education or training in Gastronomy; Prior kitchen experience; Availability to work on weekends and holidays; Agility, sense of urgency, and attention to detail; Responsibility, organization, and commitment; Collaborative spirit and willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with events; Education or training in Gastronomy; Interest in professional development and career advancement in this field.
