Dynamic environment focused on customer service We are looking for a customer service representative to join our team, responsible for front-counter customer service, managing order flow, and supporting restaurant operations. **Responsibilities** * Customer service (counter, pickup, and/or delivery) * Order registration in the system * Cash handling * Counter and service area organization * Order verification prior to delivery * Support in general dining room operations. **Requirements** * Experience in public-facing customer service (preferred) * Strong communication skills and friendliness * Agility and organizational skills * Proficiency with systems/technology * Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays) Compensation: starting from R$2\.070,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
