Job Summary: Assist in civil construction projects, renovations, soil preparation for graves, and tool maintenance, following safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Tool maintenance and compliance with safety regulations **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Assist in construction and/or renovation of civil works and improvements, transport materials, prepare construction mortars, assist in general painting, demolish concrete, masonry, or other structures as instructed by the supervisor. * Prepare soil for grave base installation, clean work areas, remove unnecessary materials, excavate trenches, compact backfill, level areas for grass planting, and assist in scaffolding and slab ceiling construction. * Maintain work tools by cleaning and storing them in locations designated by the company, and comply with the group's safety regulations. **Education:** Completed elementary or high school education. **Working Hours:** 5x2 \- Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 17:00, and Friday from 07:00 to 16:00 **Benefits:** Medical Plan (Unimed), Dental Plan (Porto Seguro), Food Basket, Total Pass, Life Insurance (Porto Seguro), Partnerships with schools, colleges, and gyms, Transportation Allowance, Quick Massage, and Monthly Birthday Celebrations.
