Focus on hygiene and food safety **Crillon Bakery – Bakery Assistant** Location: East Zone – Near Carrão Metro Station **Salary**: R$ 2,010.00 (or negotiable, based on experience) **Benefits**: Transportation allowance (bus), profit-sharing, performance bonus, breakfast and lunch on-site, Basic Food Basket worth R$ 86.00 **Work Schedule**: 6 days on / 1 day off, with rotating days off. **Working Hours**: 5:40 AM to 2:15 PM. Availability required once per week during the afternoon shift (2:00 PM to 10:15 PM) to cover the baker's day off. **Responsibilities**: * Assist in the production of breads, pastas, and bakery products * Support organization and cleaning of the workplace * Comply with hygiene and food safety standards **Requirements**: * Prior experience in this role is preferred * Flexible availability * Commitment, organization, and responsibility Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level) * transportation allowance * basic food basket * profit sharing
