With our business model, we cover 24 million lives. **We have a team composed of people passionate about what they do and who believe in a future with better physical and mental health for everyone!** If you are someone with an **owner mindset, customer focus, passion in your eyes, commitment to completing assigned missions, and belief that together we are stronger**, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead **end\-to\-end** recruitment and selection processes—from profile alignment to final offer; * Focus on **technology and product** roles (e.g., Software Engineering, Data, Product, UX/UI, among others); * Conduct **active sourcing** and talent attraction strategies; * Develop and present **market mapping**, providing insights on competition, seniority levels, compensation, and professional availability; * Act **consultatively with leadership**, supporting profile definition, search strategy, and decision-making; * Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process; * Monitor recruitment metrics (SLA, time-to-fill, hiring quality, etc.). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience recruiting for technology and/or product roles; * Experience with **full-cycle (end\-to\-end) selection processes;** * Analytical and data-driven mindset; * Experience with active sourcing and market mapping; * Ability to act consultatively with diverse stakeholders; * Experience with ATS and sourcing tools. * Availability for hybrid work in Vila Olímpia (SP) or Botafogo (RJ).
