Affirmative PwD **Area:** Major Risks Claims **Reports to:** Major Risks Claims Manager **Available for:** São Paulo/SP **Work Model:** Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) **Apply by:** 05/28/2026 As a Junior Claims Analyst (Major Risks), you will be responsible for: * Analyzing low-complexity claims in the Corporate and Major Risks portfolios, verifying contracted coverages, general conditions, and reported incidents. * Assessing the consistency and accuracy of information, identifying indications of nonconformity or fraud, and engaging partner areas whenever necessary. * Managing the claim release, denial, or request for supplementary documentation processes, ensuring technical clarity and compliance with internal and regulatory standards. * Supporting more experienced analysts with technical questions, operational routines, and procedures, contributing to process standardization and efficiency. * Collaborating with Complaints and Ombudsman areas, ensuring well-founded technical responses aligned with contracted coverages. * Contributing to continuous improvement projects, such as claims workflow reviews, reduction of operational turnaround times (SLA), and quality and customer experience initiatives. * Using operational data and basic metrics to support performance analysis and inform departmental decisions, reinforcing a data-driven approach.
