Join us in the history of Latin America’s largest integrated steel complex—a group whose essence is “do well, do more, and do forever.” **Responsibilities and Duties** Main duties: * Analyze, manage, and monitor insurance policies (life, health, auto, property, civil liability, among others). * Perform quotations, renewals, endorsements, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellations of policies. * Interface with insurance companies, brokers, and internal departments to clarify coverage, clauses, risks, and commercial terms. * Monitor claims from opening through settlement, ensuring adherence to deadlines, documentation requirements, and proper indemnification. * Verify invoices, premiums, allocations, reimbursements, and financial transactions related to insurance contracts. * Analyze technical and managerial reports, identifying deviations, improvement opportunities, and cost-reduction potential. * Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (SUSEP, ANS, where applicable). * Contribute to process improvements, internal controls, and operational standardization. * Support internal training and guidance on insurance products, coverage, and policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** Essential requirements for this position: * *Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, International Trade, or related fields;* * *Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office;* * Prior experience as an Insurance Analyst or in a similar role (senior level). * Ability to read and interpret contracts and insurance policies. *Desirable requirements:* * *Intermediate knowledge of SAP Financial Module.* **Additional Information** **Our benefits include:** -------------------------- * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Private pension plan with company contribution matching the employee’s chosen percentage (ranging from 3% to 6%); * Total Pass; * Wellhub. ***Benefits currently in effect, governed by Collective Bargaining Agreements, Collective Conventions, PPR Agreements, and/or HR Policies/Guidelines, subject to change.*** Founded in April 1941, **Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional \-** **CSN** was Brazil’s first integrated flat steel producer—a landmark in the country’s industrialization process.
