




Description: What we’re looking for in you: * Experience in digital media campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic media; * Proven track record in projects focused on lead generation and lead qualification; * Proficiency in performance strategies with an emphasis on conversion and results optimization; * Completed undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields; * Intermediate English; * Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and creation of management reports; * Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI). Preferred qualifications: * Google Ads certifications; * Complementary courses: Media platforms (Meta Ads and DV360), programmatic media, data analysis, and conversion funnel; * Experience with campaign tagging and monitoring via Google Tag Manager. Your day-to-day responsibilities include multidisciplinary activities and challenges such as: * Applying the PDCA cycle in lead management; * Preparing and monitoring the daily lead report; * Developing lead qualification strategies based on KPIs and new communication formats/channels; * Optimizing audience segmentation and targeting for digital campaigns; * Participating in the Always-On (AON) strategy (creative assets, media, and performance); * Conducting campaign tag mapping and control; * Contributing to strategies for offers and special consortium and financing terms for the automotive segment. 251219020255596054
