




The Internal Controls area aims to strengthen the Group Porto’s control environment, acting strategically to mitigate operational risks and contribute to excellence in process management. Through risk mapping, control evaluation, and consultative support to business areas, we seek to promote safer, more efficient, and corporately compliant practices. Among its main areas of activity are: * Execution of design and implementation tests for controls, based on technical criteria and internal control methodologies; * Process mapping and identification of operational and regulatory risks, including assessment of existing controls; * Support to business areas in structuring and enhancing their internal controls.
