Monitor orders and inform customers regarding inquiries and updates. Update the Management System. Schedule deliveries and installations with customers. Manage and monitor installations digitally using photos and messaging apps. Generate technical support requests. Process payment commissions for installers. Resolve, delegate, and hold the team accountable for solving customer issues or conflicts. Propose and coordinate logistics-area improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure customer satisfaction. Report activities and results to company management.
