




Job Summary: Support Analyst I responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and incident diagnosis of IT equipment and operating systems. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance and configuration of Microsoft Windows and Active Directory environments **JOB \| SUPPORT ANALYST I** **ABOUT THE POSITION:** * Work Location: Jardim Pedro Gonçalves, Taboão da Serra/SP (on-site) * Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Compensation: R$2\.400,00 \+ Benefits **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Technical degree in IT (completed) or undergraduate degree in IT (completed or currently pursuing); * Prior experience as a support analyst; * Solid experience in hardware maintenance; * Maintenance and configuration of Microsoft Windows 7 or newer; * Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems; * Active Directory authentication technology; * Office 365 and Office 2016 or newer suite; * Desktop Modem MD\-100 (Microsoft 365\); * Computer networks, wired and wireless, TCP/IP protocol, encryption, and wireless network security; * Basic/technical English for reading. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide support, installation, and configuration of new IT equipment, and reconfiguration of previously installed equipment; * Analyze and diagnose incidents for problem resolution, occasionally collaborating with vendors and other professionals; * Support installation and configuration of operating systems (MS\-Windows 7/8/10/11 or their technological successors); * Support installation and configuration of native user tools on devices (MS\-Office Professional, MS Outlook, web browsers) or cloud-based tools (Office 365, Teams, OneDrive); * Install standard, client-approved, and client-provided market software (antivirus agents, PDF readers, plug\-ins, etc.); * Install specific applications or information systems, provided procedures, manuals, or tutorials are available, and with vendor or developer assistance if required; * Verify and identify issues in cabling systems, perform basic and occasional infrastructure network configuration and repairs—for example: crimping network cables and physically installing access “switches” in racks (without configuration or programming); * Log, track, monitor progress, and resolve service requests in the ticket management system; * Document procedures for resolving known incidents and problems; * Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base. **BENEFITS:** * Meal Allowance \- R$30.00 per workday; * Transportation Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Health Plan "Dona"; * Sesc Membership; * GoGood (gym membership plans) Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
