




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Knowledge of Jira ITSM, SAP, Active Directory (AD), Azure, SCCM, and Intune; * Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems; * Experience in hardware maintenance and software installation/configuration; * Basic knowledge of networking and Microsoft local network environments; * Familiarity with Android and iPhone smartphone operations; * Knowledge of Office 365 collaboration environments; * Must have easy access to the Itaim Bibi region — South Zone of São Paulo. * Assist users with questions and issues related to equipment and software; * Perform formatting, installation, updating, and uninstallation of software, applications, and operating systems; * Respond to service requests and maintain up-to-date service request and asset inventory systems (ITSM Jira); * Remotely connect to employees' computers to resolve issues, install or remove software and applications (TeamViewer); * Package and ship equipment—including laptops, monitors, and peripherals—to remote employees; * Receive equipment, inspect its condition, and update the asset inventory; * Perform minor repairs and replace basic components. * Request purchases and manage inventory and storage of supplies and equipment. * Participate in daily and weekly departmental meetings and events. 2512140202201862471
