Job Description: Responsible for leading ERP MODA Cloud migration projects with clients, ensuring migration quality and success by planning, executing, and coordinating the necessary resources to meet deadlines and deliverables for TOTVS MODA CLOUD clients. Responsibilities and Duties * Validate new integrations with third-party software; * Assess and develop technical solutions during client migration assessments; * Deliver environments through onboarding (welcome package), technical documentation (technical book), and support structure; * Monitor implementation project statuses with service teams; * Lead, plan, and execute technical activities for migration projects; * Monitor and ensure operational stabilization for clients after go-live; * Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance migration process efficiency; * Execute service transition of projects to Segment Operations; * Provide technical support to clients during ERP MODA testing and validation plans. Requirements and Qualifications * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed. * Technical knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Internet, FTP, and Web Server services; * Solid technical knowledge of client/server ERP systems; * Experience providing infrastructure and internet support; * Technical knowledge of multi-tier applications (client/server/database); * Basic understanding of project management (scheduling, status reporting, and tracking); * Must reside in São Paulo or Maringá/PR. 2512130202201861795
