At Andrade Gutierrez, all people are welcome, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or disability. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the BIM focal point for the project. * Develop and monitor the BIM Implementation Plan and all related activities: BIM project coordination and 4D planning. * Develop the BIM Execution Plan. * Replicate and stabilize the entire BIM coordination standard created and stabilized by the corporate BIM team CONSAG. * Prepare regular performance reports and indicators regarding project progress and compliance with requirements defined in the BEP. * Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions when necessary. * Analyze and monitor the delivery schedule for Digital Project Models. * Conduct critical reviews of multidisciplinary digital project models in the Common Data Environment (CDE), ensuring efficient collaboration among stakeholders. * Monitor the clash detection process with design teams, from issue identification through final resolution. * Manage design teams, partners, and suppliers, overseeing the development of digital project models. * Train project teams on Autodesk Construction Cloud and Navisworks. * Establish effective communication channels—both internal and external—with clients and stakeholders—to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project. * Prepare and coordinate internal and external Design Review meetings. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Engineering degree, preferably in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. * Experience in industrial projects, preferably in oil and gas. * Proven experience coordinating projects using BIM methodology, Engineering Systems, or Digital Engineering. * Knowledge of BIM methodology and tools to assess project consistency against the BIM Execution Plan. * Familiarity with BIM coordination processes: Digital Project Model Auditing, BIM Clash Detection, and use of Autodesk Construction Cloud. * Advanced proficiency in Navisworks. * Knowledge of 4D methodology. * Technical knowledge of system integration. * Desirable expertise in 3D modeling using E3D, Plant 3D, Revit, or Civil 3D. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** This position will be based in Rio de Janeiro - RJ or São Paulo - SP * WHO WE ARE It is with the strength of \#OurPeople that we build the future and reach ever further! * OUR HISTORY Andrade Gutierrez was founded in 1948 in Minas Gerais by three young engineers who began building roads—and never stopped.
