Collaborative work across multiple departments to drive structural improvements How the **Real Estate Financing Operations** team builds Loft: The mission of the **Real Estate Financing Operations** team is to ensure end-to-end execution of the real estate credit journey at Loft, connecting customers, partners, banks, and internal specialists until contract issuance and transaction completion. Our operations function within a highly complex environment involving multiple banks, partners, and systems, with high process volume and strong dependence on operational efficiency. Within this context, the **Process and Continuous Improvement** area plays a critical role: structuring, simplifying, and continuously evolving operational workflows to guarantee scalability, productivity, and quality in operations. The **Process and Continuous Improvement Manager** will be responsible for leading a dedicated team focused on **operational transformation**, working on process modeling, documentation, improvement, and automation, as well as identifying and implementing initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce waste across the entire financing journey. **Challenges you’ll face:** * Lead the team responsible for **process mapping, documentation, and improvement** within real estate financing operations. * Structure and evolve **process management frameworks**, ensuring clarity of operational workflows, responsibilities, and execution standards. * Identify opportunities for **productivity gains, workflow simplification, and waste reduction** in operations. * Lead **operational transformation initiatives**, redesigning end-to-end processes (As\-Is / To\-Be). * Collaborate closely with **Operations, Product, Technology, and Data** teams to enable structural improvements and automations. * Lead **process automation initiatives**, including use of low\-code tools, RPA, and data- and AI-driven solutions. * Establish and monitor **operational efficiency metrics**, such as productivity, lead time, rework, and quality. * Prioritize improvement initiatives based on business impact, effort, and return. * Ensure new processes are **properly documented, implemented, and sustained in operations**. * Serve as an **internal efficiency consultant**, supporting operational leaders in problem resolution and process evolution. * Develop the process team, fostering a culture of **continuous improvement and structured thinking about operational efficiency**. **What you need to turn the key?** * Strong analytical ability and structured thinking to solve complex problems. * Experience leading **process improvement, operational efficiency, or operational transformation** initiatives. * Experience with **process mapping and modeling** (BPMN, flowcharts, VSM, or similar methodologies). * Familiarity with **continuous improvement methodologies** (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar). * Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments and organizational levels. * A **hands\-on profile**, capable of translating analysis into execution. ### **Nice-to-Haves** Experience in **real estate credit operations, fintech, or financial markets**. Experience with **process automation (RPA, low\-code/no\-code)**. Experience with **operational transformation in high-growth companies**. Knowledge of data analysis or tools such as **Power BI, SQL, or workflow tools**.
