We currently have an opportunity for an **Installation Manager for Hydraulic and Electrical Systems** at Grupo Nortis. If you have experience in the civil construction sector and wish to join one of the leading companies in the real estate industry, check out this opportunity we have for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage **hydraulic and electrical installations** in residential construction projects * Work **on-site across multiple construction sites**, monitoring execution and performance * Lead a team of **installation engineers** * Ensure adherence to the **physical\-financial schedule** * Guarantee **quality and productivity standards on site** * Interface with **executive design teams and coordinate engineering designs** * Support **post-construction technical assistance** requirements * Participate in strategic decision-making alongside the **GGO (General Construction Manager)** * Manage and monitor **installation contractors / subcontractors** * Provide visibility into key performance indicators and progress of installations across construction sites **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in **Electrical Engineering or Electrotechnical Engineering** * Solid experience in **building services (hydraulic and electrical systems)** * Experience in **vertical civil construction (MCMV program)** * Experience in **construction project and engineering team management** * Prior work experience with **installation companies (FR, Sanhidrel, Eico, Inovatech, or similar)** **Additional Information** * Flexible Meal Allowance (restaurants/supermarkets) – no payroll deduction * Bradesco Health and Dental Insurance – fully subsidized for primary beneficiaries * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Flexible benefits program via points * Special conditions for purchasing Grupo Nortis properties * Profit-sharing or differentiated performance-based bonuses * Gympass and/or Total Pass * Maternity and Paternity Program This is the purpose that inspires and drives us every day.
