**Senior Planning Technician \- Campinas and Region****Requirements:*** Technical education in Planning, Electrotechnics, Electronics, Refrigeration, Mechanics, or related fields.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.
* MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
**Responsibilities:*** Participate in the planning and control of maintenance activities for the Services and Systems Division contracts.
* Develop the Service Scope Matrix by identifying required activities, necessary resources, and estimated work durations.
* Develop project schedules based on the Service Scope Matrix using the MS\-Project project management tool.
* Periodically update schedules based on activity completion percentages, resources deployed, and time spent.
* Prepare, classify, plan, and analyze management spreadsheets and reports.
* Control procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies for the contract.
* Manage inventory;
* Collaborate with managers during internal and external audits.
* Implement performance indicators and control maintenance plans.
* Stay up\-to\-date with developments in the field, including new technologies, processes, applicable legislation, and industry best practices.
* Ensure proper order and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials under one's responsibility.
* Comply with company procedures, code of ethics, and internal policies.
* Perform other related duties as required by the department.
