Optimize the profitability of parking units A parking company is seeking a Controller Analyst in São Paulo (Perdizes). Park Plus is a company specialized in parking and urban mobility solutions. We provide services that simplify the parking experience for drivers and fleet managers. **Responsibilities:** Ensure rigorous control of financial and operational results across parking units. Transform financial and operational data into concrete analyses, insights, and action plans. Support executive leadership in data-driven and projection-based strategic decision-making. Perform monthly management closing and operational cost analysis. Develop and maintain the company’s financial and budgetary modeling. Collaborate closely with Operations to optimize unit profitability. Develop and monitor financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
