Job Summary: A professional responsible for adjustment, optimization, and standardization of plastic injection processes, addressing issues and driving continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of injection molding machine parameters and injection processes. 2. Troubleshooting and reduction of scrap in injection-molded parts. 3. Support for continuous improvement projects and operator training. A domestic utilities trading company is seeking a Plastic Injection Process Technician in Diadema. Plastutti is a company specialized in the manufacturing and distribution of domestic utilities. With a diversified product portfolio, the company aims to deliver products that meet consumers' daily needs. **Responsibilities:** Perform adjustment, fine-tuning, and optimization of injection molding machine parameters. Monitor production startup, setup, and process release. Develop, monitor, and standardize plastic material injection processes. Identify and resolve process issues to reduce scrap and rework. Analyze root causes of defects in injection-molded parts and implement corrective actions. Prepare and update process sheets, work instructions, and technical documentation. Participate in validation of new molds, products, raw materials, and equipment. Monitor performance indicators related to productivity, efficiency, and quality. Collaborate with PCP, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tooling departments. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and process stability. Train operators and setup technicians, as needed, on best practices and process parameters.
