With over 30 years of experience, it develops comprehensive projects—from feasibility studies through implementation, operation, and maintenance—serving clients across industrial, commercial, and service sectors, always focusing on innovation, efficiency, and sustainability. **Responsibilities:** Operate utility central plants, including power generation systems, chilled water systems, and HVAC (air conditioning) systems. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on exhaust fans, pumps, cooling towers, electric motors, and control valves. Work on electrical control panels, performing interventions on fuses, contactors, circuit breakers, relays, and frequency inverters. Replace bearings, mechanical seals, belts, pulleys, and couplings. Conduct measurements and interpret electrical quantities, pressure, and temperature. Complete work orders and maintain organization in the machinery room. Completed technical education required.
