**Responsibilities and Duties**
The role involves ensuring the library’s efficient operation—from technical and organizational support to public service. Activities include collection control and maintenance, managing reservations, and supporting students.
* **Public service**, assisting with research and collection usage;
* **Lending, renewals, and returns** of materials;
* **Overdue control** and updating user registration records;
* **Collection organization**, including archiving, classification, and inventory;
* **Monitoring and tracking** **library infrastructure needs**.
* **Occasionally**, covering other libraries as needed.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school (enrollment in higher education preferred);
* Experience in public service and library routines;
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;
* Organizational skills, flexibility, and commitment;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Proactivity and ability to solve problems autonomously.
