Job Summary: A professional responsible for customer service, sales, delivery management, and store organization, assisting in opening and closing procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Workplace organization and support for store operations RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet and serve customers courteously; * Present the menu, clarify doubts, and guide customers; * Conduct sales and billing, and occasionally serve at tables; * Handle delivery orders via app: verify orders, hand them to motorcycle couriers, and confirm completion in the app; * Count, organize, and restock the beverage refrigerator, ensuring proper replenishment; * Assist with store opening and closing procedures; * Open and close daily sales events. * Verify cash register to support manager’s closing process; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workstation and other store areas; ________________________________________________________________________________ ABOUT THE POSITION: * Salary: starting from R$1882 + tips (variable) * On-site meals * 1 MORNING SHIFT vacancy: 8:30 AM to 4:50 PM * 1 NIGHT SHIFT vacancy: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Mon–Wed); 4:50 PM to 12:50 AM (Thu–Sat) * Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off per week | One Sunday off per month | CLT employment ________________________________________________________________________________ BENEFITS: * Birthday day off * Transportation voucher * Employee of the month award: R$200 * Monthly bonus: R$300 * Bonus for achieving monthly targets: R$200 * CAJU Visa credit card (covers gym memberships, medical consultations, psychological consultations, pharmacy discounts, and lab test discounts) ________________________________________________________________________________ REQUIREMENTS: * Proactivity, agility, and willingness to learn * Interview and 2 paid trial days required before hiring! * Must be of legal age! * Must reside in nearby cities (Barueri, Tamboré, Taboão da Serra, Itapevi, Carapicuíba, Osasco, etc.) * PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: Prior experience in restaurants or fast food (McDonald’s, Burger King, Bob’s, Bullguer, etc.) ________________________________________________________________________________ Job Type: Full-time, CLT permanent position Compensation: Starting from R$1.882,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Are you available for a paid in-store trial? * Are you over 18 years old?
