**The responsibilities of the professional occupying this position will include:**
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
* Manage and monitor all accounts payable, ensuring payments are made within established deadlines.
* Record all expenses and financial transactions in the system, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
* Monitor accounts receivable and conduct collections. Manage overdue invoices, seeking possible negotiations with clients.
* Perform credit analysis as requested by the commercial department, approving or rejecting credit extensions per internal policies.
* Manage collections, identifying which invoices require payment slips and sending daily bank remittance files.
* Conduct daily proactive collection efforts with delinquent clients using communication tools such as e-mail and WhatsApp to minimize delays.
FINANCE
* Perform daily bank reconciliations, ensuring all system entries align with bank statements.
* Prepare cash flow reports to provide a clear and up-to-date view of the company's financial health.
ACCOUNTING
* Assist in monthly and annual accounting closings by providing all necessary documents and information to external accounting services.
* Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports containing consolidated fiscal and financial data, facilitating the company’s accounting closing process. This includes ensuring correct classification of expenses and revenues, and collaborating with outsourced accounting to finalize trial balances and financial statements.
* Participate in the accounting closing process, including classifications, accruals, reconciliations, and allocations required to ensure data consistency.
* Prepare detailed expense reports, comparing them against historical data and budgets.
* Collaborate with accounting, tax, treasury, strategic planning, and operations teams to ensure information integrity.
**For this position, we require you to have:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences or Business Administration.
* Prior experience in accounting and finance areas.
* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to organize multiple tasks.
* Responsibility for meeting deadlines.

Compensation: R$4\.993,00
Schedule: 5X2 (Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:30; Friday, 08:00–17:00)
