Focus on quality, organization, and safety **Position: Cleaning Assistant** We are hiring a **Cleaning Assistant** to perform environmental cleaning and maintenance activities, with emphasis on quality, organization, and safety. **Responsibilities:** * Perform general cleaning and maintenance services; * Operate cleaning equipment and tools correctly; * Use chemical products in accordance with technical and safety guidelines. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Be **literate**; * **Training for operating cleaning equipment**, with **certificate issued by the supplier** (may be completed after contract commencement by our technician); * **Training for handling chemical products**, with **training certification** from the supplier or an authorized occupational health and safety professional; * **Pass all mandatory medical examinations** related to the position. **Salary:** R$ 1.837,40 (monthly) **Benefit: Attendance Bonus – Pluxee (reward card)** **Paid by the 15th of the following month**, based on working hours and criteria: * R$ 157.50 for a workload of **at least 110 hours** * R$ 315.00 for a workload of **220 hours** **Important:** The employee **must not have**, during the assessment month: * A medical certificate for social security leave (INSS); * Unjustified absences; * Deductions for tardiness exceeding **7h20 (7.33)** in total for the month; * Medical-certified absences; * Excused absences (paternity leave, marriage, bereavement). **Work Location:** Pinheiros, São Paulo **Working Hours:** 220 hours, rotating 6x2 schedule Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting at R$1.837,40 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Experience: * Cleaning (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
