Technical Requirements (Tools and Knowledge)
Experience with field service order management systems (e.g., Field Service platforms, CRM, or proprietary systems).
Proficiency in real-time monitoring tools (operational dashboards, TMA KPIs, SLA, productivity).
Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (backlog control, efficiency analysis, performance indicators).
Familiarity with route planning and logistics systems (route scheduling and agenda optimization).
Basic understanding of provisioning and technical support in telecom or service operations.
Understanding of operational performance indicators:
Repair: IFF, IRR, IRT, and Timeframe
Activation: Overall efficiency, schedule adherence, and SLA compliance
Behavioral Skills
Strong analytical ability to identify deviations (e.g., TMA outliers) and propose corrective actions.
Organization and priority management (D0 and D\+1\ planning).
Clear and assertive communication, especially when aligning with field supervisors.
