We are eager to learn about your potential and discover how you can contribute to our collective success. **Responsibilities and Duties** Analyze and manage international purchase orders (Capex, Raw Materials – Direct and Project Loads); Validate shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, certificates, Bill of Lading, etc.); Provide support and service to external customers and liaise with international suppliers; Mediate resolution of non-conformities and monitor importation processes; Work with the company’s internal systems; Participate in internal and external meetings; Propose improvements to departmental processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Minimum 5 years of professional experience; Completed undergraduate degree in International Trade; Advanced English proficiency preferred; Knowledge of import processes and shipping documentation; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Critical and analytical thinking, commitment, and courtesy in customer service.
