. **Responsibilities and Assignments** * Ensure software quality assurance, guaranteeing stable deliveries aligned with business requirements; * Perform test planning, analysis, execution, and documentation; * Register, track, and manage bugs and defects identified during testing; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to continuously improve quality processes; * Support validation of desktop systems, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and e\-commerce workflows; * Participate in agile ceremonies and routines, operating within a Scrum environment; * Contribute to the evolution of testing processes, strategies, and techniques; * Support initiatives related to test automation and validation of legacy systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with manual testing, test planning, analysis, and documentation; * Experience with test automation; * Familiarity with bug/defect registration and management; * Experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum; * Knowledge of software testing strategies and techniques; * Experience in e\-commerce environments; * Knowledge of TestComplete will be considered a plus; * Availability for on-site work in Vila Mariana – São Paulo/SP; * Desired experience includes implementation of testing and quality processes, front\-end testing (Desktop/POS), e\-commerce workflows, legacy systems, waterfall contexts, and agile methodologies.
