Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Relationship Assistant to support client service and portfolio monitoring, contributing to a positive experience. Key Highlights: 1. We are hiring a Customer Relationship Assistant to support post\-sales activities for the CBN Corretora Boutique VIP Lounge. The position is hybrid (remote \+ in-office), located near Rua Américo Brasiliense, close to Granja Julieta Station (CPTM). We seek an organized, communicative individual with attention to detail to support client service and portfolio monitoring, performing registration updates (additions, deletions, modifications), assisting with operator requests (authorizations, reimbursements, inquiries), and supporting billing reconciliation. The role also includes handling daily tasks and contributing to a positive and differentiated client relationship experience. A completed or ongoing undergraduate degree is required, along with intermediate/advanced Excel knowledge, strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and ease in interacting with people. We seek a proactive individual eager to learn and genuinely committed to high-quality client service. We offer a salary of R$ 2\.200,00 (CLT), medical insurance, life insurance, Wellhub (Gympass), meal allowance of R$ 34.76 per day, food allowance of R$ 150.00 per month, remote work allowance of R$ 100.00, transportation allowance, and the added benefit that employee benefits incur no payroll deductions.
