Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Mid-Level Support Analyst to strategically support internal employees, ensuring a seamless experience in using systems, accessing resources, and operating equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in technical support for users (N1/N2) 2. Knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or macOS) 3. Access and equipment management and control Description: What we seek: * Prior experience in technical support for users (N1/N2\); * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or macOS); * Experience in access management and control; * Ability to diagnose and resolve technological issues; * Organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in equipment control; * Strong communication skills and a consultative attitude toward colleagues. Advantages: * Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira Service Desk, GLPI, Freshdesk, etc.); * Basic knowledge of networks and infrastructure; * Experience managing IT inventory. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Providing technical support to employees regarding access, internal systems, and resolution of technological issues; * Handling service requests, ensuring prompt resolutions and a positive user experience; * Granting, modifying, and controlling access according to internal policies; * Managing and controlling equipment (laptops, peripherals, accessories), including distribution, returns, and inventory; * Monitoring and recording requests to ensure organization and traceability; * Supporting the implementation of improvements and best practices in support and technology processes; * Collaborating with partner teams (IT, Information Security, etc.) to ensure system stability. 2512100202181911754
