Job Summary: We are seeking a Staff Engineer with hands-on experience and consultative capabilities to contribute to solution development, architectural decisions, delivery support, and the evolution of engineering practices. We seek a **Staff Engineer** who takes strong ownership in execution, maintains a *hands\-on* profile, and possesses consultative capabilities to join our partner team. In this role, you will actively participate in solution development, architectural decisions, delivery support, technical pre\-sales, and assessments, while directly contributing to the advancement of engineering practices and adoption of new approaches. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Hands\-on Engagement:** Directly resolve critical technical issues and write code when necessary. * **Technical Leadership and Strategy:** Serve as the technical reference in strategic initiatives, defining pragmatic, simple, and viable architectural directions. * **Pre\-sales and Consulting:** Support technical proposal development, participate in client meetings, and conduct technological assessments to identify gaps and opportunities. * **Engineering Excellence:** Support teams daily by promoting engineering best practices without bureaucracy, and evaluating risks, complexities, and impacts of solutions. * **Innovation:** Encourage the use of modern tools (including AI/Copilots) to boost development productivity. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Solid experience as a developer, progressing into technical leadership or reference roles. * A *hands\-on* profile, capable of directly writing code when needed. * Experience across projects with diverse technological contexts. * Proficiency in application architecture, integrations, and APIs. * Experience with *Cloud* (general concepts) and engineering best practices. * Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and software quality. * Excellent communication skills for interacting with teams and clients, with the ability to translate technical topics into business impact. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in solution architecture or system modernization. * Experience in technical pre\-sales or proposal development within IT consulting firms. * Experience with diverse *stacks*, *cloud* environments, and complex distributed systems/integrations. * Practical exposure to AI usage in development (e.g., Copilots, automations). **Work Model and Benefits:** * **Work Model:** Hybrid (3 days per week in the office, 2 days remote). * **Employment Type:** CLT \- Full-time. * **Work Location:** Pinheiros – São Paulo/SP (Rua Butantã, 194\). * **Provided Equipment:** Laptop \+ Corporate mobile phone. **Benefits Package:** * Swile Flexible Food Benefits. * Remote Work Allowance. * SulAmérica Health and Dental Insurance. * Bradesco Group Life Insurance. * PLR (Profit Sharing Program). * Birthday Day Off. * Alura Platform (unlimited access to IT courses and training). * TotalPass (gyms), Vittude (online therapy), and Swile Shop discounts.
