Knowledge of the operational system \- Capere Software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Prior experience in the field. **Main Responsibilities:** Perform entry and verification of incoming invoices (goods, services, consumption, and assets). Validate tax data with the warehouse, ensuring quantities and items match the purchase order and physical receipt. Monitor tax discrepancies, flag inconsistencies, and request adjustments from responsible departments. Provide general assistance to the Controller's Office, supporting the Administrative and Financial Manager in special tasks.
